Easy Star Wars Valentines

The Valentine Making is in full swing in this house!

The boys have chosen their Valentines, I chose Ava's,
the candy/glow bracelets have been purchased,
they have all arrived now just time to put it all together, along with 1 box and a timeline!
First up I am sharing the middle child's Valentines. He chose Lego Star Wars.
The men in my house are Star Wars freaks - I AM NOT.
But the kid is so whatever makes the kid happy right?
There are all kinds of Star Wars Valentine's all over Pinterest so my inspiration came from many places.

I created this in Power Point using images I found online
and then covered up the light sabers to be replaced with the glow stick bracelets.

I printed these off and cut them.
They are 2 3/4 inches wide.

We even made a special one for his teacher. See it there on the right?

Blake then wrote in the names of his classmates.
While he did that I experimented to see if hole punching
or making a slit for the glow stick would work better.

The slit is on the left the hole punch is on the right

So while hole punching is easier and something the kid could do, slitting with an exacto knife makes it lay much nicer!

Finished Project! We will tape the light sabers down a bit so they don't fall out in transit to school!

I unfortunately can not share the file with you due to copyright laws but I promise they are super easy to make and if you don't have office with power point you can use Google docs!

What do you think?

    1. Thanks Candy I am sure your boys would love them too!

  2. Those are too awesome. No boys in our family so we'd have to go something a little more girly. LOL. Thanks for the inspiration. Best wishes, Darlene - I am pinning.

    1. Thanks Darlene! I am posting more Valentine's this week and both of them would work for girls!

Who is the Krafty Mama?

Hi I'm the Krafty one! :) I'm the Queen to 2 little knights and a sweet princess. I married my knight in shining armor (kevlar) over 8 years ago and I am a REAL mom, wife and substitute teacher trying to be the best I can be! I love "krafting" but tend to buy more supplies than I actually use. I love make up, nail polish, hair products and fashion but have been known to leave the house in sweats a messy bun and no make up! I love to cook and bake but am guilty of feeding my kids McDonalds in a pinch. I love direct sales and have joined too many to mention! I would love to get to know you!
