This is one of my BEST scrappin/stampin tools!!!
It's is my handmade CS sampler ring!
I LOVE IT!
First I bought a sampler pack of all the SU color families.
Then I cut a 2.5x2.5 from each color and labled it, with a code in the corner for color family.
I also did this with the IN colors through the years and my PTI CS!
This way I can match ribbon if it's not on the spool, or find matching PP
or ribbon in the store!
It is one of the BEST things I have EVER done!

Great idea!
ReplyDeleteOh I totally agree on the value of having a cs sample ring. You did a great job on yours!
ReplyDeleteGreat Tipster Tuesday! Your color swatches look great. I made some for my hostess club over Christmas and they were a big hit.
ReplyDeleteLike Samantha, I made my entire hostess club these for Christmas, using the Scallop Circle punch, and they are invaluable! My punch needs to be sharpened, I made 14 rings with all 48 SU colors, neutrals and In Colors, needless to say it made for a sore hand! I agree that this is a great tip!
ReplyDeleteA really great idea Tessa!! You are so organized!
