Finally getting around to uploading the layouts I created at my crop last Friday at a local store called Darla's Flowers and Gifts. I created page kits and had 6 pages to work on there - I finished 4! Pretty good with eating dinner and chatting! That and the regulars had a lot of questions for me about my work and tools! They weren't familiar with the border punches like threading water shown on this layout. They were also several teachers so we had lots to chat about!
This layout is of my son at age 4 at Build a Dino inside T-Rex Cafe - it is by Build a Bear. I used a sketch of course! I layered cardstock for the background then matted the vertical photo on some MME Abbey Road Dino paper which I also used for the title circle. The dino skeleton is a Basic Grey Archaic Bisque rub on - cute right?!?!? The scalloped strips are the reverse side of the Dino paper! Fast easy page! I punched out the title circle and cut the title out on my cricut. I reloaded my Xyron X - the worlds greatest invention for little letters and such! I glimmer misted the title circle and popped it up with dimensionals.
