It's officially summer!

...for me anyways! My last day of school was Thursday and I went in Friday to pack up. It was very sad. My years as a kindergarten teacher have been wonderful. Going to 4th grade scares me! I am also not doing summer school this year. Something about they gave preference to all day people this year!?!??!?!?!? So here I sit. I am hoping it will be good for the mojo! I am starting this week by going through my scrapbook room intensely! We are having a garage sale next Saturday so I am going to put alot of stuff in it! So happy start of summer to you hope to be *seeing* you alot this summer!

  2. When I discovered the "blog crafting world" last November...yours was one I'd check daily! Even though things have changed personally for you--I still check your blog daily:) You're one of my FAVs! I've loved seeing your inspiration and hearing your stories. I'm grateful to have been even a small part of your blog (Twilight Kandy winner). I only wish I knew what that was... Anyway, good luck in your scrap room and with starting your summer. Make it a great one!!

  7. Hey Tessa! So happy to *see* you :) I'm with Tracy, I just love visiting your blog because I love your projects and it's always such a fun read. So, go get that scrap room cleaned up, organized, whatever, and then I can't wait to see more of your fabulous creations!
I taught at the early childhood level before staying home with my own little ones, and so I know how you feel about being nervous to take the plunge into 4th grade. I'm sure you'll be wonderful though! Happy start to your summer too, enjoy!

  8. Wishing you a restful summer. As a fellow teacher, I know that these 3 months fly by and needed to refresh and replenish the soul to give our kiddos all we can in the fall. Enjoy! I look forward to checking your blog out throughout the summer!

Who is the Krafty Mama?

Hi I'm the Krafty one! :) I'm the Queen to 2 little knights and a sweet princess. I married my knight in shining armor (kevlar) over 8 years ago and I am a REAL mom, wife and substitute teacher trying to be the best I can be! I love "krafting" but tend to buy more supplies than I actually use. I love make up, nail polish, hair products and fashion but have been known to leave the house in sweats a messy bun and no make up! I love to cook and bake but am guilty of feeding my kids McDonalds in a pinch. I love direct sales and have joined too many to mention! I would love to get to know you!
